Black Diamond Minerals, LLC and its wholly owned operating company, G&H Resources, LLC (BDM and G&H) are privately held Denver based companies focused on finding, acquiring, and developing natural gas and oil in the Rockies and California.  The companies were formed by Scott Hall and Ward Giltner.  They are backed with a $55-million commitment from private-equity firm Natural Gas Partners and a $150-million revolving line of credit with Bank of America.

operate in the
State of Wyoming.   

Since its formation,
the company has
acquired the fee
estate in a 4,332
acre ranch in the Piceance Basin.  The company commenced drilling operations in the summer of 2009.  We are currently seeking a joint venture partner to develop ~580 acres from 2 existing well pads.

In addition, the company has acquired the Desert Springs and Playa Units from Encana Oil & Gas, located in the Green River Basin.  This acquisition added ~3,000 net mcfpd and provides for an additional 38 infill drilling locations.  Our Powder River Basin acquisition added another ~1,500 net mcfpd of non-operated production.

In the spring of 2009, the company purchased the Fort Collins Field from DJ Resources, LLC.  This acquisition added ~150 bopd.  This asset is operated by our subsidiary company Prospect Energy, LLC.  In the summer of 2009, the company purchased Golden Energy Partners, LLC, which has assets in the Rock Springs Uplift area of the Green River Basin in Wyoming, as well as some non-operated production in Oklahoma that is operated by SandRidge Energy.  Golden Energy Partners continue to operate this asset and provide the company with ~1,000 net mcfpd.

We continue to look for additional acquisition opportunities that strengthen our core areas of focus.
